From Sandra's Desk
October 2025
Well, this is a crazy time!!! Weddings and Birthdays fill the month of October for the Silvestri's, plus trips to locations near and far. In addition to the 5 birthdays and two weddings, it is the 40th Anniversary of Back to the Future Day in October. Alan and I are jumping on a plane to see Back to the Future in concert at Royal Albert Hall in London. Sooooo exciting!! But before then we send congratulations to our wedding friends, especially Dominic and Bailey (soon to be) Bifano our nephew and bride to be. AND we will celebrate a Happy 1st birthday with our grandson, Rowan Piave. If that name sounds familiar it is because it was Alan's father's middle name and it is on one of our bottles of Pinot. Whew! Family is the most important thing to us, and we look forward to all the celebrations. And we know that we will toast one and all with our family wine.
We send you all good wishes for a happy October. I will leave the harvest and tasting room chats to the experts this month. I look forward to their notes every month as I am sure that you do too.
