Happy New Year! Here at the Silvestri tasting room we would like to wish each of you a prosperous new year filled with good health and a happy heart. And what would be a better way to do that than to enjoy life with a bottle of Silvestri Wines. January is the best time to come and enjoy the tasting room. Fewer crowds are in Carmel and that means no wait times and more wine for you.
Our tasting room will be open daily from 12 to 6pm.
